Co-roasting is a shared production model that gives individuals and brands access to professional roasting infrastructure without the cost and commitment of building their own facility. Much like a commissary kitchen, it allows multiple businesses to operate independently while using the same space and equipment.

Within our co-roasting setup, you can book time on our highly-efficient Loring S15 Falcon and make use of a full suite of tools - including scales, weighing and filling systems, bag sealers, and a quality control lab. You can even store green coffee and your packaging materials on site.

By removing the need for large upfront capital investments and reducing ongoing overhead, co-roasting makes it easier to grow sustainably. Stay flexible and efficient, paying only for the capacity you actually need!

ACCESS

The entry point for those relatively new to roasting coffee. It gets you in the door and includes 3 hours per month of time on the roaster. Extra hours are always bookable and easy to schedule.
Use our dedicated co-op packing station equipped with everything you need to get your coffee into bags and into the hands of your customers. Packing time is always free!

GROWTH

For those trying to scale their brand. Includes 7 hours per month on the roaster, and preferred rates for any overage hours you need. Growth tier members also get free green coffee storage, access to our cupping lab and priority access to the booking calendar.

PRODUCTION

For businesses with consistent and predictable roasting needs. Includes 12 hours per month on the roaster, and our best rates for any overage hours you need. Production tier members also get additional green coffee storage, first access to the booking schedule.
